The office and team were really nice and super friendly
Nothing I can think of
Retail sale consultant
discount 50% off employee discount
Commission division is not transparent, and if you are are signed up for direct deposit, there is no way you can find out how many hours were actually submitted.
Senior sales consultant
Staff Discount, E-learning program, great team work, IT support, clean environment
Regional manager 80% of the time unavailable and unprepared in regards to brand awareness and staff management.
Casual sales associate
Good and consistent training, generous staff discount
Only cared about sales and upselling. Management team did not care about our wellbeing, I felt stressed and pressured outside of work hours. They did not respect our roster availabilities (was rostered on N/A days and wanted us to prioritise work over much more important things). Everyone was not treated equally, there was definitely favouritism.
Crm manager
Good location and office Great colleagues OK starting salary
Poor leadership (underqualified and toxic) Extreme micro-management Extremely unprofessional behaviors No raises after 10+ years
Sooftware engineer
Supportive team culture with a focus on creativity and innovation. Work-life balance is good, and projects often blend technology with artistry. Opportunities to collaborate globally.
Some processes can be slow due to legacy systems. Career progression in tech roles could be better defined compared to design or product divisions.
Vice president
- Interesting industry - Used to attract good and competent people but they unfortunately do not stay very long because of the culture, chaos and lack of career perspective
- No meritocracy or performance based culture - The strategic direction and organisation is changing constantly ( several times a year) - Numerous organisational structuring ( firing and hiring) leading to waste of time/money/talent/ unexecuted strategies and work - unprofitable company: why join or stay unless there is a possibility to learn a unique skill or grow? - incompetent C-suite
Ap accountant
