Swift is a good company to work for, but I do feel like they tend to overwork people sometimes. They have great benefits !
The pay is not that great and too many meetings
Customer service manager
Teamwork, work-life balance, clear job scope & expectation
Change too fast recently, too many changes
Anonymous employee
Great growth opportunities at the company
Can't think of anything negative
Depot manager
Good work life balance here
Very poor remuneration from Swift
Worklife balance Long-term perspectives Internal mobility opportunities Environment and office
Career grow at European pace, not Asean (10 years in the company is still considered very young) Very siloed organization, policies and workstyle can widely differ based on department KL office very much remote-controlled from Belgium, too many "puppet managers"
Product manager
Nice company, great colleagues. Quite flexible, and very understanding.
Relatively slow processes. Not a lot of growth opportunities and difficult to advance in your career.
Intelligent business
Friendly people, flexible timing, free food, drinks and fruits on certain days. HR and counselling always there to help and understand your problem.
politic environment, always communicate in Chinese and putting to much pressure on new staff and intern.
- Work life balance - Multi-cultural and international environment - Strong DEI culture - Intellectually stimulating (always learning) - Mobility to move internally
Used to be a great company to work for, however it has been on a decline. Senior Mgt has no leadership and a serious lack of mid to long term vision to lead the company and people with confidence. Leadership has a very short term and myopic view, creates uncertainty and instil no confidence in staff. Execs are running their own agendas and decisions seem to be solely made and executed on a whim without proper consultation and thought to people working hard on the ground. There is a lack of basic understanding of financials to properly run a company. If certain depts are not following their intended job scope and if this is not reflected in the KPIs to drive revenue, then is it a shock that we do not meet our expected target? Answer is simple and it baffles me that senior execs can’t seem to understand this. Listen to our customers and what they really need - we don’t need incentives to drum up adoption and usage if we address their needs. Customers will automatically engage with us without incentives to entice them. A company can only succeed and thrive because of the people. If the execs are sitting at their ivory towers not willing to listen to the ground and do not want to be honest that they may have made mistakes in their decisions then it is only going to be a slow death. I am heartbroken to see a company that I once took pride in working for to slowly fade away. It is still not too late to listen to honest opinions and feedback from the ground and rectify certain decisions.
