Didn't have a lot of projects going on. Upper management was very unorganized at the time.
Prominent projects and decent exposure to technical challenges. Good for early stage growth.
Lack of systematic work flow. Colleagues' capacity various significantly across same rank between teams, leads to inconsistent performance across different projects. Very limited bonus and welfare. Hints to imply / encourage unpaid overtime.
Quality of professionals Nice offices
Management is disorganized and toxic
Transparency, team work, national support
I do not have any cons.
Provide opportunities to work on big projects
Can be overwhelming at times
- Ample projects to gain work experiences - Overall engineers and associates are friendly - A good learning environment amongst engineers
- Money. No AWS and have the lowest performance bonus heard in this industry.
Can gain wide range of knowledge.
too far away from central
Normal working environment, good platform for fresh graduates
Less benefits, long working hours
free workplace, flexible overtime, Education Training
hard loading, a lot of chores, complex and confusion procedure
Reasons to work here: I enjoy good relationships with the people that I work with on a daily basis. I am satisfied with the work environment. I like being part of a team and I have that opportunity everyday.
There is a deplorable lack of unity across the company. There is very little communication between the leadership of the company and its workers.
