Flexible working hours And that is all i can think of. Other than that are all cons.
Everybody is individualistic. Heavy teaching workload, so less time can be allocated in research.

Lecturing team is great with fun students. Management in general was good because they are also our colleagues. The leadership which is the owner of the college is very corporate like and ruthless.
As mentioned, as the owner is quite corporate like and ruthless, changes take place often.

Money is better than others
Not a university more of an institute giving degrees. Its like a theme park- theme being 'let's pretend to be a uni'. A university in which teachers are dispensible and upper and bloated middle management run the theme park

Non-cash staff benefits/medical benefits OK. Students are responsive in average
Heavy workloads, No OT for teaching more than 20 hours per week. Fall sick due to throat infection every 2 weeks because teaching too long working hours. No increment for > 1 year service.
Benefit is good. Environment is good as well.
Management is bad. Especially those superior in exam centre

Salary is paid on time without delay. Good environment to work in. Restaurants, gym, stationery shop, laundry shop, hotel, etc can be found in campus.
Role of individual in company unclear. Everyone does everything, making things unorganized. Retention rate of employees is low as there are many new recruits.
