Puts profits and costs over staff wellbeing and fair treatment

Not welcoming to those who are new to the industry, when employed with the knowledge that I was new to the role. Received very little support from the manager despite knowing this fact.

Salary, nepotism and lack of transparency although they stress that as their core values

Wish there was a path for promotions, higher pay and bonuses.

Salary is on the lower end of the spectrum. Organization is not mature with agile, but still growing. Many different projects, some are siloed and run into cross-dependency issues. Better alignment is needed across global regions.

Some growing pains and changes with recent merger has disgruntled a significant portion of employees. Not so great changes to pay structure. Merit pay and profit sharing absent since merger.

Departments are very siloed so collaboration can be a challenge

Could be abit more clear what they want from you and abit more understanding about certain situations but all in all I enjoyed my time and would recommend!

I can't find any for almost 2 years of work here. Safety place for working for living. Strongly reccomend

Probably under pays the market rate for similar roles but compare that to others volatility with regards to lay-offs, etc.

There is no training. Everyone expects you to already know what you’re doing and how to do the job.

Close to none disadvantages but the office is not exactly in the city centre but 15-20 min from it, which is normal.

Sometime too high level we miss the details

There is little room for movement.

Unstable relationships with their partners, constantly shouting down operations for different accounts.

After the merger it was absolute chaos for a while and we are now finally in a good calm area so we can resume the climb. It's a bit of an unserious joke, but sometimes it feels like the clearwater peeps in my organization are the afterthought. We make our own fun though, so it's fine but there's not a lot of spotlight for our side.
