Puts profits and costs over staff wellbeing and fair treatment

Good salary, Plenty of opportunities if you're a good fit
Not welcoming to those who are new to the industry, when employed with the knowledge that I was new to the role. Received very little support from the manager despite knowing this fact.

Supportive management Great Benefits Time in Office is productive and socializing Coworkers are diverse and wonderful people Opportunities across the organization for almost everything
After the merger it was absolute chaos for a while and we are now finally in a good calm area so we can resume the climb. It's a bit of an unserious joke, but sometimes it feels like the clearwater peeps in my organization are the afterthought. We make our own fun though, so it's fine but there's not a lot of spotlight for our side.
