Large partner roster with a lot of communication.
Fae ii
Good starting out with them
There are many people who are super talented and don't get market pay
Sr. vendor marketing manager
Invaluable experience in IT and distribution. Great Benefits and Employee health options. Hybrid / Remote work schedules available to some positions. (Even though I think this may be going away.) Exposure to the top brands, voices, and stakeholders at big name tech companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, etc.
Management and leadership on the marketing teams has changed hands more than your average dollar bill. With leadership constantly restructuring and refusing to backfill badly needed roles, teams are at maximum bandwidth. Stress levels can be very high. Teams are inheriting more and more workload, and seemingly meaningless tasks on top of it. Very low compensation compared to competing roles in the industry. Training for new employees (In Vendor Marketing) is non-existent.
Team leader
-Possibility of remote work -Mostly nice Low-level workers
-Constant buyouts/merges has absolutely destroyed the nice atmosphere. There is lack of stability and a long term plan. -Almost no raises for veteran workers, while new workers get much better salary -Quite big rotation of workers, a lot of people leaving. -Promotions are based on who's a better "friend" with the high level managers. -Lack of investments, teams are way too small -Tools either doesn't exist or are inefficient because all the mergers left the company with an impossible task of integrating various systems from different offices -Salary is way lower than what market offers. -Company offers absolutely no valuable possibilities of growth for their workers.

TD SYNNEX is a great company in which you can reach your goals.
I consider that this company doesn't have any cons
Account manager
Job Security Enough base pay to get by
Your commission is based largely upon what your teammate's cut will be and what previous account managers brought in with your customers. Only a small portion of your commission is based on how well you did at your job.
Sales manager
Progression, fun, not too stressful
Lack of accountability, young, sales have to do everything rather than just sell
