Flexible management as long as the core expectations are taken care of. Peers/coworkers are all personable Pretty stable employment.
Lots of internal conflict between short-term and long-term objectives. This makes for a difficult and stressful work day.

Management, Leads, and employees are very disrespectful. Nobody follows policies that are implemented. ERC/HR makes every excuse not to leg go of employees who take advantage and abuse the leniency given to them. You will be given extra work and thrown into situations but never given more compensation. They don't offer competitive pay. Women are walked on. They promote equality but men are always given more opportunities.
