Not fast growing environment for employees, average pay

1. No promotion opportunity 2. No Rewards or bonus.

I can't find any for almost 2 years of work here. Safety place for working for living. Strongly reccomend

low salary and little vertical growth

Probably under pays the market rate for similar roles but compare that to others volatility with regards to lay-offs, etc.

There is no training. Everyone expects you to already know what you’re doing and how to do the job.

Close to none disadvantages but the office is not exactly in the city centre but 15-20 min from it, which is normal.
