Sometime too high level we miss the details

Pay and Management. Lot of people in leadership that should not be.

Pay is way below industry standard and lack of honesty with raises is concerning.

-not as hands on with how busy management can be

Management - a lot to be improved

There is little room for movement.

Unstable relationships with their partners, constantly shouting down operations for different accounts.

After the merger it was absolute chaos for a while and we are now finally in a good calm area so we can resume the climb. It's a bit of an unserious joke, but sometimes it feels like the clearwater peeps in my organization are the afterthought. We make our own fun though, so it's fine but there's not a lot of spotlight for our side.
