I used to enjoy my work but now it is hard for me to find one pro besides getting a steady paycheck.
Work/life balance has become progressively worse over the years. Future of work policies are rubbish. Pay is not enough for hours worked a week, Management out of touch, Focus for last two years has been "do more with less" to the detriment of employee morale, mental, and physical health.

Great leadership, great training, a lot of pto, growth is endless. CEO is really humble and cool.
Pay is not comparable to other companies. It’s way lower.

They encourage development and learning.
It's a pretty large company, so it's not ideal for people who like to be in a small office setting.

Great experience for me. Loved it
None that i can Think of
Cigna is 100% work from home.
So training is horrible. You submit surveys but it comes from your email, id# so you really can't be honest. There is no after work or time out for rest room or if you need to make emergency call. So most importantly is you have to learn a total of 9 systems to look up customer claims, eobs, send tasts, look up checks etc. Then its so many changes every year. How can anyone give correct information to a customer with the large amount of systems to review. Qcare system is IDX or 1970 DOS system. Way too much.
Ccrd customer service
Health benefits, Work from home. Can be a great job with decent earning potential, depending on your manager and how resource management handles your schedule.
Job description is very different then what was actually received. Every single contact you have at Cigna once employed MUST go through your manager even disputes with said manager. Constant, never ending phone time. So much so that when you lose your voice from speaking so much, your then forced to take PST to get off of phones. Meanwhile, you have co workers who havnt taken calls in months.
