Management were great people who actually managed their team in addition to the workload.
Busy season is an understatement once it gets going. Long hours well over your standard 40 are needed just to stay afloat for about 4 months out of the year.
Finance
On first view it looks like a secure role There's a level of corporate security
There's no room for growth There is a clique at play and even if you do a bad job you'll get ahead if in the clique If you mention marriage as a female you'll be overlooked for promotion
Senior administrative assistant
Heavy workload and pay does not compensate. Micromanaging..we are required to be on WebEx daily and we are instructed to respond within minutes when you get a message before you get a personal call from your manager. Doesn’t matter if you are on a call or not, respond immediately. It’s like a daycare and you’re the child.
I’m going on 15 years. I can say the only benefit is PTO. I do not have Cigna insurance but from what I hear, it’s absolutely horrible. I am on my husband’s insurance, we pay less and better benefits!

Work life balance is good. Decent benefits.
Compensation is not great. Don't feel valued. Extremely difficult to get promoted. When you do get promoted the jump in compensation is so small that it hardly seems worth the added responsibility. Often feels like the only way to make big leaps in my career is to leave the company.

Great pay and benefits, mostly remote but great team.
Systems a bit antiquated, plan benefits could be more competitive
