Pay could be better. Not many advancement opportunities in my area and it seems like moving to another department may be difficult since you seem to be typecast in the role you start out in.

Overtime Good company to work for

Leadership communications are not good.

The executive leadership team simply doesn't value the employees. They've repeatedly lied to employees over the past couple years and any sense of pride or culture that the company previously had has been demolished. It really feels like upper management wants people to quit.
