It’s easy to get lost at such a large company. Management decisions are more investor-driven than customer focused. Not much accountability for vendors.

Compensation was good. Benefits were ok. I was laid off but was treated well upon separation.
Most of the people I worked with were great but unfortunately had to work with some dysfunctional and immature teams which put a negative spin on what otherwise was a good experience.

can be very busy, at times can be very repetitive, corporate structure (need I say more), heavily matrixed, can take to long for simple tasks to be completed, during busy season longer hours

The con is the Micro managing
