There are lots of opportunities to move up, receive training in different, more difficult positions, and raises were guaranteed per year.
If you need training in your current position, forget about it. Also be sure to expect a high turnover rate when it comes to management and whomever you report to. Don't get too attached to your reporting manager or your current skill-set as they constantly need more people in other areas.
