I have no cons about the job

Unreasonable expectations. Only concerned with employees metric. Subpar training, no consistency or follow up after training. Can never get a straight answer to questions, Can ask 5 people the same question verbatim & will get 5 completely different answers.

In my experience, managers are made to bully their staff. Jobs constantly have more and more day to day tasks added on with out compensation or added staff

Lack of discussions on career paths. Health insurance could be better considering Cigna’s core products. Sometimes the work is overwhelming. RTO strategy being implemented.

not good pay, not good work life balance

There can be a point where it becomes difficult to have upward mobility

Hard to get help with things at least from my manager and they say growth but it’s hard to move positions

They micromanage and harass their employees
