- Smart/talented people - Ability to learn new tools and systems, albeit too many systems - Competitive pay - Consistent bonus - Loyal people (old Cigna) - Comfortable if you are good at your role
- Too many systems - zero culture - every organization has its own rules - ESI and TCS taking over loyal Cigna people - Ill formed promotions - Poor Band 6/5 Management and too many Senior Directors who have no clue how to foster growth - Nepotism runs deep - esp IT Principal Community - No clear division between architecture and delivery - Lots of Architects who don't really understand architecture whatsoever.

Utilazation review
Excellent coworkers/Peers. Team members work well together & aspire to help each other.
Management does not listen to you at all. All decisions are made from the top down with no employee input & no regard of how their decisions will affect employees. The workload is unmanageable, and management is punitive regarding expectations about productivity. If your goal is to work on a factory style production line: This is the job for you!!
