Less effective matrixing than peer sized organization

low pay for the market, no upward mobility for career advancement

Level 4 and up are hybrid, low pay

The department i work for does not care one bit about work/life balance. They also are not concerned with our safety while commuting to the office or while in the office.

No cons to this company.

Managers were not on the same page. It was hard to get help from other department's. New rules/polices were presented too late. Always got small write up threats. PTO was not properly explained. Was tricked into staying in another department.

Required anchor days in office

They laid off a lot of people including myself because of a fine they had to pay so after reviewing everyone's jobs mine was cut for cost.
