Assistant manager
the benefit is very good
working culture is not good
Business communications manager
Good people and work/life balance
Projects can take a while due to funding and corporate structure
Manager, program management
Great place with a lot of great people that truly care. There is a really nice work/life balance culture about the company that makes it easy and fun to come to work.
Communications about coming back in the office have been very sporadic with no direct communication on protocol.
Operations senior analyst
Relaxed environment. Leadership easy to work with.
Occasionally workload will get overwhelming.
Data analyst
-Reasonable work life balance -Friendly coworkers
I don't say this lightly: crippling levels of bureaucracy, that are deeply entrenched in the DNA of this company. There is no drive to deliver results. Proactive contributors are not just hindered, but discouraged from innovating, thinking independently, and trying to better the culture. Simple projects that should take 1-2 months at normal firms typically last >1 year here. It's depressing. No mobility.
Health coach
Great teamwork, flexible schedule, good pay, and fulfillment.
I can't think of any cons so far.
Account installation senior associate
Lot of great people and hours
Clueless management at certain levels
Benefits specialist
Great pay Work from home
Poor management Capped pay limited growth crappy insurance for employees
Prior authorization representative
In my position, I interact mostly with healthcare professionals who are seeking to obtain prior authorization for medication’s for the patients. My callers are pleasant and They are patient. There is very little discord in this position
The only downside for me is that they do not have shift bids so you are pretty much stuck on the shift that you hire in
Billing specialist
Working from home could be beneficial up to a point but stressful at the same time.
Customer management requires us to handle phone calls within a specific amount of time, and the job does not get done on a call. Almost everything needs to be escalated which is the main reason patients called 3x or more in a day. Crazy call volume. Mandatory overtime for the first 3-4 months of the year.
