Director

Business analytics lead analyst
The work life balance and offered benefits are great.
If you work for the company for a long time you lose. Your salary wont reflect your time and experience and new people off the street will come in making way more money than you.
Patient care advocate
Work from home, and voluntary time off
Just horrible, management sucks, the patients are horrible
Billing analyst
After ten years of hard work Im finally in a higher position that has a flexible schedule.
I haven’t hardly received a decent raise in 10 years while I’ve consistently moved up the ladder into higher positions. They keep moving the goal post. There’s always a “reason” out of their hands as to why I can’t get a decent pay raise. I’ll have my project management degree in a few months and was told there will be no raise for me earning a degree. They tell me I’m doing great but never pay me like I’m doing great.
Operations director
Pay and if you can manage to get it, some roles are still work at home
Continuous layoffs and expense cutting, bad culture, poor leadership, lack of strategic direction, old systems and infrastructure. Long term outlook bleak.
Actuarial manager
Great benefits, friendly workers, flexible
Lack of risk mitigation and organization
Software engineer
Good work environment , learning opportunities
Compensation not proptionate to the work done/role
Underwriter
Good training and support for new hires
Pay feels lower than market average
