A lot of changes in leadership and the operating model over the last 5 years

If you work for the company for a long time you lose. Your salary wont reflect your time and experience and new people off the street will come in making way more money than you.

Just horrible, management sucks, the patients are horrible

I haven’t hardly received a decent raise in 10 years while I’ve consistently moved up the ladder into higher positions. They keep moving the goal post. There’s always a “reason” out of their hands as to why I can’t get a decent pay raise. I’ll have my project management degree in a few months and was told there will be no raise for me earning a degree. They tell me I’m doing great but never pay me like I’m doing great.

Continuous layoffs and expense cutting, bad culture, poor leadership, lack of strategic direction, old systems and infrastructure. Long term outlook bleak.

Lack of risk mitigation and organization

Compensation not proptionate to the work done/role

Pay feels lower than market average
