Good place to work cigna

Make no mistake, this is an impersonal, mega-corporation, still facing growing pains from the 2018 merger of Cigna with Express Scripts. Plenty of money for executives and capex, but not much for front-line workers. Stingy with promotions. Raises/COLA were underwhelming. Health benefits were surprisingly ho-hum. My experience was that middle management does not listen--unsure if that was through ignorance, hubris or ageism.

Ceilings in the engineering track.

extremely overworked. Short staffed. Terrible turnover.

Employee Recognition - Recognition and appreciation were infrequent. Celebrating achievements could boost morale.

There isn't any downside to working in Cigna

Training was unclear, Trainers were facilitated through out source parties. High call center expectations.

None really. Great company to work for.

It is very High Stress

It’s mainly the patients/providers that are rude sometimes.
