Constantly being monitored is really something I didn't like.

Training not very productive. Micromanaged. Hired for 1 skill set (call type) & trained on 2 more before even getting out of training for the initial call type. Schedule will always include a Saturday or Sunday. Had 3 supervisors during my 5 months there.

I can’t think of any cons here

The pay is terrible for how much stress you take on plus not being properly trained so it’s taking you hours and hours to find the solution to people problems.

Nothing as of now. All good.

Big company can be hard to move around lack of development for some employees

Leadership has no idea where they want to take the company
