Software engineer (lead analyst and product designer
- I feel like my efforts are recognized by management. - Most people are friendly and willing to teach and support your growth - Helps you move towards roles you want (a lot of growth potential)
- Budget constraints - Returning to office (might be pro for some)
Anonymous employee
The only reason I stay is because I’m comfortable. My coworkers and direct manager is great but beyond that not much. I guess the cafeteria is a plus. 401k and pto is decent.
Bonus, pay, and promotions are sketchy at best. Upper management has a huge lack of transparency and it is blatantly clear the upper management generally just doesn’t care about the employees. The required return to office but slashed the bonus’ and the raises don’t even match inflation. Insurance is okay but not the best.
Product development
Great people, decent benefits, reasonably competitive pay
Very rigid culture, significantly less flexibility and autonomy than prior employers
Claims representative
Working from home, benefits, Pay decent
Too much of a workload , training not adequate
Provider network senior analyst
Gave experience and sometimes opportunities to grow
Lots of changes often - Could be stressful
Case management senior analyst
PTO Onboarding Insurance was okay
Management didn’t care about employees at all Constant restructuring
Software engineer
Rotating positions once a year
Bad jobs sometimes and also low pay
Senior advisor
Benefits, Work at Home (if not by an office)
Micromanagement; Directors who do not work; Layoffs; hiring freeze' continuous and excessive restructuring
Case manager
Helping to positively impact the lives of customers.
Extremely micromanaged. Constantly changing job requirements. Poor training. Rolling layoffs.
Director
Lots of resources and learning opportunities
Politics, politics, politics. Lots of restructurings that undo the work of previous wave of executives. Rinse and repeat.
