PTO is good . And working from home is good
It honestly doesn’t matter how hard you work . How great your metrics are. It is not employee focused. Only member focus. Management is all over the place . Each supervisor runs it their way. So if you go to a different one they are quicker to write you up even IF you were informed wrong and that it’s proven. A lot of micromanaging . Quarterly bonuses are very small and any little thing can get you disqualified . After call surveys are “ supposed “ to reflect your call yet we have angry customers mad with Cigna . 3/4 questions are worded towards the Cigna group. NOT the rep. So we get dinged for it . Only question that references the rep is if they were satisfied with the help they received today. Our department just sold of some reps with a deal they have for another company out of no where and said they are legally blocked from applying anywhere in the company to not have to go. FYI the company they are selling the legal slaves to is even worse than Cigna . I have never had a supervisor works so hard against their team. Just because people are remote doesn’t mean the don’t talk. So it’s not just oh they are picking on me. No. It’s universal . They preach empathy constant meetings about ,it but have zero for their employees. All that matters is the dollar in their pockets. They have you uptrain in multiple areas with zero effect to salary OR annual raises. Extremely hard to move up and no pay increases when switching departments even if people who hired directly into that apartment make more. Several coworkers are cross trained yet make the same, and have a larger work load. They say you can’t move or move up without uptraining yet they don’t mention no point in doing that because it’s not compensated . Cost of health insurance is pretty expensive . It was cheaper and better coverage from a previous non health care company that used Cigna insurance. How the heck is that? If you don’t mind working back to back stressful calls . Little recognition or pay advancement . Micromanaging . Supervisors with authority complexes.manipulation and constant lies. Zero core values practiced . High cost benefits. Medicore raises. Hard to reach and little payout bonuses . Then Cigna is the company for you!

Decent PTO and EAP benefits
The best part of Cigna used to be remote work and freedom to take initiative and opportunity for stretch assignments. Now the "Future of Work" requires everyone to go into a physical office at least half of every work week, regardless of the distance from taht aligned office. Also mass layoffs right now. There's a lot of micromanagement, Nepotism/cliques/favoritism affects hiring and promotions more than achievement. If you are a strong performer, you will drown in work while less competent teammates coast on half-completed work and will never be promoted or rewarded through compensation. It feels now like employees are being kept out of the loop, manipulated, and underappreciated.

They are hands down the best, great pay, the understand you need personal time, no micro-managers, wonderful company with excellent company morale.
None unless you have a difficult client, Cigna group has your back.
