Heavy workload, new ERP implementation resulted in increased work processes requirements and delay in delivery of certain tasks

Very fast paced environment to work in

remote work is allowed but feels like not encouraged, along with other internal benefits that seem like nobody makes use of.

- Benefits are not the best: (individual medical insurance and not for family, very low annual bonuses)

1. Poor management. 2. Unorganised and assigned workload which lead to late night working and doesn't pay. 3. Unbalanced workload between groups which leads to mental stress due to favouritism. 4. No budget or ZERO for employee welfare.

My performance was simply rated by my manager without additional feedback

- There is WFH and other benefits but ALWAYS up to your Manager approval and if you got a manager that not encourage it and like to work from office and always need to see you, then this benefits is definitely bye-bye. - Tons of Internal Ad-Hoc Task given that mostly redundant and unnecessary and given during peak season time where our current job is more important but need to focus on internal stuff… - Low Headcount = more work and heavy workload : as they NEVER give new team members and still bring new client and new stuff but unable to get people and more people are leaving… the workload… no comment.. - its the place where you will cry every sunday before start your new week and make you cry in the toilet every single day…

The salary is slightly above minimums, but not lucrative. No other compensation at my level.

Really bad in terms of compensation, no benefits, you pay for your own pension or provident and Medical aid...no bonus. Not motivating at all.

I don't see anything as cons. TMF is great financial Services company with lot opportunities and career growth.

Teamwork wasn't so great because of the colleague's. Many tasks and overtime.

Low salaries and appraisal is very bad

Heavy workload, lots of unnecessary trainings and meetings

Crazy politics and this decides ur increment, promotion, bonus, awards, and around 60 people quit in like 9 months

Not really any cons to mention.

There is no such negative in this company
