Team leader
Employs good people who you can learn from. Like head of global solutions and CEO.
HR is going downhill which is a shame which is why I left. There used to be so much more training to help people develop including a potential leader course which have all now stopped, making people leave. Culture in teams is good but 1 tmf isn’t real. It doesn’t live.

Since last 3 yrs there's no pros. Empty promises all along. A good place for juniors to learn and use the opportunity for a stepping stone to other big company.
Very high turnover , no bonus pay-out, promises after promises only few people get paid for bonus. So if you work hard as well you wouldn't get paid. HR function always on the business side. No matter how much you have done for the business people wont notice or appreciate. A lot of blame culture in this company! Poor diversity, very obvious example Cosec dept in kl the HOD don't drive diversity and inclusion agenda .
