Teamwork wasn't so great because of the colleague's. Many tasks and overtime.
Good work life balance, it is peaceful
Low salaries and appraisal is very bad

Salary is fine for freshers or people with less than 2 years of experience
Crazy politics and this decides ur increment, promotion, bonus, awards, and around 60 people quit in like 9 months
