flexible working is championed here, HR woking on improving employee benefits and colleagues are very nice people
salary is a joke - trust me. because the company is owned by private equity, all they care about is retaining costs are bare minimum . if you are client facing you have more opportunities, otherwise indirect cost like HR etc will forever remain the same pay for years on years. also the apac hr can be toxic, not a real leader but care that her image looks good. nobody likes her because she is not genuine.
