Low basic pay not equal with the tonnes of tasks

No real advice here, I enjoy it

it's an old-fashioned company where each person must represent a financial added value without any space for empathy. This leads to a high work loads impacting the work life balance with a consequence of lots of burnout, which seems to be normal in the company's culture. When applying the group strategy, there is a lack of consideration of the different countries needs and specificities

not much progression in and favoritism in play.

Salary is less comparitive to market

there's nothing really bad about this company

I didn't find anything there

- No work life balance… can WFH but Heavy workload, need to work past 8pm almost daily, worse if near to/during tax period - Steep learning curve - Not much increment, despite the amount of time (OT) and effort invested

Differences in professional ettiquette when working with overseas jurisdictions

The salary payment is on the low side
