Mircromanaging, too many meetings, too many follow ups

The workload was too much

Poor work culture , not agile

- low salary compared to other companies - too hierarchical sometimes - not enough events for the employees - a lot of administrative tasks

No transparency. No trainings and constant micro-managing. Toxic workplace, gossip, back-stabbing, terrible management.

- Management do not know how operation function and only care about final result - Increment percentage is terrible (Sweet talk rather than real action) - Work life not balance

salary below market standards, no investment in L&D

Everything is good on them

Since it is a service industry, working hours are long and hectic.
