They don't cut down on employee benefits like other accounting firms that I know. Clients are varied so it's nice to experience accounting in different fields.
The workload is sometimes horrible. Somedays I feel like a big4 worker bc I came home and continue working until night.

Flexible working, good career prospects, great variety of work in the role.
Poor salary. Career progression is slow, management like to believe that they provide opportunities for growth and try to avoid hiring externally however, this quite rarely ever happens and if it does it happens to people who should've been promoted much earlier.
