- No leadership; they are more concerned about taking photos than taking action. - The Egyptian branch is heading to the abyss slowly. - The A&T is collapsing slowly, nearly 5 resignations in less than 9months, only juniors who left, the GEM team has already collapsed, 4 members can hardly cover 50% of their salaries -not to mention the indirect expenses- - The employees receive a direct threat that if any negative feedback is raised against the country leader, their contract will be terminated immediately. Since they have signed limited employment contracts, they have no option but to brown-nose her, to ensure that the agreement will be renewed instead of ending their agreements.

I was placed as a regional (Hong Kong) position. The onboarding was not great as they only sent a video from previous onboarding session. As i was placed for Hong Kong region, most of them could not speak English and i joined multiple meeting with only mandarin communication. i would say there is a language barrier there.
