Culture and experience change tremendously from one office to another. Yet in most it’s a good culture
Many decisions are made by people distant from reality on the ground
Senior collaborator
1. Diverse & Global Experiences: During my experience I was exposed to diverse and global business practices. allowed me to gain a broader understanding of the industry and potentially boost my professional development. 2. International Networking: The global nature of the company provided me with a chance to network with colleagues from various regions, which can lead to valuable professional connections I keep today.
1. Ineffective Leadership Style: The majority of the leaders are not prepared to handle employee's failure constructively and usually you feel like you are in a fear-based and blaming each other culture, which also leads to a very anxious and defensive environment. 2. Lack of Empathy and Support: Within the area I worked in, saw a lot of coworkers facing burnout or personal challenges due to extremely high workloads, which usually as well was not properly managed by management. 3. Unfair Promotions: Career promotions for key positions based on political connections rather than meritocracy are sometimes overlooked. 4. HR Department Issues: The lack of empathy in the HR department, sometimes you see HR that just wants to be liked by leaders and they do not have the best employee interest all the time. Also, even in the HR area I noticed high attrition and very bad terminations, looked like also HR is with low engagement. 5. Termination Practices: Ruthless terminations with little care for the well-being of employees usually done whenever they implement changes or cost reductions efforts which are done on a yearly or two-year basis. 6. Regional or Market Discrepancies: The inconsistency of empathy and support across Markets, especially in the Americas region.
wfh flexibility and some benefits
people are generally unfriendly, management is toxic, rude, and bullying happens, favouritism, depends which department you go into, beware if they tell you that you do job A but later put you to do job B. they change according to how they like it to be. overall, not recommend for anyone to join in. dont say we didnt remind you.
Senior accountant

I don't see any cons as working at TMF
Payroll specialist
Global company, management id very helpful
Long hours and not so good life/work balance
Treasury
Work life very balance, no OT require, workload still acceptable, benefit very good, yearly team building, benefit also good.
So far my department no cons.
Team leader
Got great flexibility and responsibilities.
Management did no support further growth with sufficient capacity or renumeration to core team members.
Senior analyst
Good Colleagues who makes working tolerable
1. The organizational structure changes annually, which impacts employees. 2. Salary increases are minimal. 3. High-performing employees are often let go, while those who don't contribute much continue to be paid. 4. Favoritism is prevalent. 5. The HR team is unresponsive and rarely replies 6. Hardwork is not recognized
Manager
Employees do try to support each other
Very challenging environment, not necessarily Processed base, high staff turnover, unhappy staff. Yearly remuneration bare minimum or nothing.
- Steep learning curve - Smart people working around you
- India HR (way too many problems to actually write them down here) - Newer management doesn't care much about employees' voices/ideas/concerns
