A young, friendly working environment. Management is open to new ideas as long as they are well thought-out and followed up on. Lots of room for personal growth and development which is highly encouraged.

They have good learning opportunities. Less to no office politics. Good Team and HRs. Regular office events and team outings.
Due to less employees it's always over burdened. The office space is pretty small but since its 4 days WFH it doesn't matter much.
