The co-workers are the only thing keeping me alive here.
The turnover rate here is super high, I have witnessed up to 8 very skilled people leaving the company (even after I left for some time already, new people there are still sending resignation letters, and they can't wait to leave). Work-life isn't balanced at all here, they expect you to be up almost 24/7 even way after work hours etc: at 1am still will contact you and then get upset if you don't reply. Check all the realistic reviews below for reference, still ALL the same problems or even worst now because the management is delusional always blaming other factors when they are the problem. When will this company realise that to grow, they need their staff to be happy to stay?

1. Very Toxic Management 2. Hi, manager, she very loves to confuse right and wrong :) 3. Don't listen to anyone's explanation; just blame the mistake directly on yourself. 4. Always OTOTOT, no care about your physical health and mental health. They always blame your why you so weak 5. When I first saw the manager, most of them were really rude. 6. If you do something bad, she will angry (lol) . Does she seem to lose her temper when she comes to the company? 7. here's still got many bad thing happen, hope my colleagues getting fine :)

just like the other feedback given, it is all true. Like to use the word "typical agency culture" or its "agency life" to PUA you. I'm in another agency now, and I can say it is not true (we have work-life balance here).
