Pros

The one and only pro here is meeting helpful and nice colleagues who will support you mentally throughout your tough yet horrible journey working here. We just struggle hard together here in order to survive and make a living. Undoubtedly, they do hire a lot of talented and productive people, but in the end, these people will leave them in no time after the upper management/lady boss shows their true colours. People here normally leave in disappointment as we are often UNVALUED/ UNAPPRECIATED.

Cons

STOP FAKING GOOD REVIEWS HERE, IT MAKES US PUKE. It's disappointing how this company is trying to cover up/neglect these problems instead of solving them. Till this moment, they are still blaming employees for leaving instead of reflecting what is the core problem of their company's management. They refuse to change for the better even if they have received tons of negative feedback from everyone who is leaving or even the ones closest to them. I really don't know why are they being as STUBBORN as a mule but position the company as an OPENMINDED company. For those who are planning to enter this company, LISTEN, RUN. If you insist on joining, SUPERB BOSSY lady boss that micromanages every single thing you do is waiting for you :) She is a PRINCESS, once you fail to report one trivial issue to her, you will get lectured in front of everyone, getting humiliated is a normal thing here and your self-esteem will eventually get affected due to the boss, management, and clients they take in. The saying of the birds of a feather flock together is true and you will be able to witness it in this company. This company FAILS to understand that employees are their assets. They have a CLEAR-CUT HIERARCHY here, apart from upper management (aka the boss and manager), everyone is her work slave in her eyes. Even the one and only manager herself is struggling hard to endure everything but still, the ugly truth is that the boss sees everyone the same which she did not realise, no one is exceptional. I hope the manager sees this as the boss only values herself, sweetie. Once you hand in your resignation letter, they see no value in you anymore, they will start neglecting you and throw you away like rubbish in the end. All of your efforts will be in vain once you make a tiny mistake that they did not inform you of or brief you properly earlier. They have this habit of ASSUMING EVERYONE knows how their operation works, no matter if you are experienced or a newbie in the industry. Most of the time, both the upper management's opinion is not aligned, they have no tacit understanding between each other at all and you will receive different instructions from both the boss and the manager. Hence, you will have to clarify again with them like they are trying to spoon-feed you but actually, they are the ones giving you contradicting instructions. Also, don't expect having work-life balance here. They will drain you with piles of work that you won't be able to finish and pay you peanuts and not even OT is provided, even if you are a former employee there. Employee benefits are not humane at all, and rules that make no sense are implemented. They are very detailed when it comes to our lunch hour, but in the end, you will realize that they are selectively detailed, they pay attention to things that they want to nitpick you. When it comes to work, being in a stressful environment and tons of work is perfectly fine actually, but their attitude is what angers me the most. You will realize that you will meet an employer that is competent, but not everyone knows how to be a leader. She positions herself as a leader but shows no leadership skills at all, but in her world, she thinks she is superb in the industry. Her set of management skills convinces herself only, not us. During team building, nobody is genuinely willing to go. We will be forced to take pictures by the boss and eventually get made into reels or photo covers of recruitment platforms as their strategy to attract more victims. As an employee there, you should also be aware that you are also a cleaner of the office, they have this rubbish throwing schedule and everyone is obligated to follow. Sometimes I don't really know if I'm working there or if the company is turning back the clock for me making me feel like I'm still in my primary school as a student on duty. And if you forget to throw the rubbish or forget to replace a new rubbish bag, you will get fined RM10 which makes no sense as we are HERE TO WORK not to THROW RUBBISH FOR YOU.

Pros

Good colleagues, that's all. But most of them will not stay long

Cons

Title are just for show in this company, doesn't matter you are given manager title, senior title, you are no different. All you need is just listen and work endlessly. Manager is rude, ego and show 0 professionalism during work. Trying to control and micro mange everything and all the departments, but ironically her own department turn over rate is the HIGHEST in this company. People who just joined have no proper guidance at all, they will get scolded publicly and asking them to quit which is so ridiculous. All the soap drama, backstab and gossip behind with the boss basically show you the standard of the management team.
