Tech world is unpredictable and you never know if another round of layoffs are around the corner.

Very hard to move up and get into a career path you want to be in. Long wait process and rules to be promoted. Below average salary pay, disorganized organizational structure, poor communication to employees. Because of these cons they do not effectively treat their employees well.

The people that don't want to work get their work pushed onto others. Getting a promotion is a joke unless your friends with the current Management Team. Pay is about $10k less then you can make somewhere else. Nothing is ever written down so then can change so the can change Policies on the fly. Direct Team leads missing 2-3 days a week but they learn this from the Managers above them. This makes it hard to get things done that you need. Don't have a differing opinion or you get marked as a trouble employee.

Micro-manage for a every changing industry

This company’s technology is not needed with cloud era, especially with AWS Outpost. Management team doesn’t know what to do.

unskilled management level need more experience

Management doesn't have a clue. "Veeam-Speed" is not something to be proud of. Lack of planning, poor execution, and lack of having business-focused intelligent management holds them back. Decent products. When a manager has to spend over an hour deliberating over a WORD, that is pretty dismal. Sweat shop. Rude people. Too many meetings with not enough time to get the work done.
