Great workplace, not so amazing (or at all) career paths. You will always be engaged and be exposed to a lot of marketing activities.
But sometimes, you cannot innovate. Due to the marketing team size, it can be hard to implement new marketing techniques and can sometimes be a little slow and not use latest marketing tactics.

Laid back work environment, snacks are usually in the break room.
My commission was retroactively altered. Got a raise, then the commission was lowered. Goals are unrealistic. Management focus is on metrics instead of reality. Rules and regulations are constantly changing with zero notice given to the employees.
Internet marketing
We have great kickoff parties and events. Comparable pay and benefits to other IT companies. Meet a lot of new people as there is a huge employee turnover.
Management is unfocused and has lost sense of direction, as well as concern for employees. Used to be a decent company but so much of the direction comes from the Russia office. Russia and US offices don't work well together. Younger employees are promoted over more experienced employees. Company is not what it used to be. Trying to hold on with hopes that things will turn around.

The usual corporate stuff. Some people are promoted or praised without earning it fully. Most likely, this is because the managers don’t get involved in the day to day work, of course, resulting in a good thing since they are not doing that much micro management.
