Deal desk manager
Fast growing company, lots of oppty for professional development
Fast growing company, not suited for someone used to clear and define process
Marketing
Good hours and healthcare benefits. Pay is decent as long as you ask for it up front. The hiring process was quick.
Veeam Speed' is the term used to cover up unfocused, sloppy, and ineffective initiatives in addition to constant process changes that are not communicated. Company 'standards' vary from team to team, and outsourcing the majority of creative and dev tasks to Russia creates huge bottlenecks and communication problems. Also, investing in employee education / betterment is not a priority or even a known option.
Inside sales representative
You get to come in with little to no experience and learn all about sales. The product basically sells itself and you have very few objection to overcome. You'll get TONS of training and are able to network with partners to grow your book of business.
Management has been hired from outside of the company and come in knowing nothing of the software and cannot answer even the basic questions. Very clickish, if you aren't cool with management it's hard to move up even if you have the experience and are well qualified. Typically they hire their friends within the company or whoever sucks up to them the best, which is typically the people that are the least qualified. They hold meetings at THE WORST time and are typically talking about things you already know, but remember, management is hired from outside of the company, and they are trained by the most tenor people on their team. Also they don't pay industry standards and expect to maintain people after NOT giving a descent raise.
Senior account executive
- Good product market fit - Realistic quotas in 2025 - Good culture
- Checked out senior leadership - 50%+ quota increases in 2026 - Lagging behind SaaS competitors
Sales
Product is ok for smb. Great marketing machine where marketing message and reality are far away from from each other.
Product is still Not enterprise and it won’t be in de future. ,No teamspirit. Lots of politics and incompetent people.
Business analyst
Fast growing and cash-rich company. Low bureaucracy. Mature professionals as colleagues. Good salary and benefits.
Fast changes in management (including execs) are causing wild swings on tactical level. Business processes are often weak. Metrics is something only Sales leverage in daily work. Company is still an overgrown startup.

Great techology and road map. Team has young vibrant energy. Everyone sells including the marketing engine and presales. Great starting point for juniors.
Below average remuneration, lack of leadership, career prospects are limited. Internal politics plays too much of a role within the business.
Enterprise systems engineer
Veeam is an engineering driven company that executes well in sales. Being an engineer, this is terrific. Open, transparent, supportive, team-oriented! I got to know the company being a solutions architect, so I knew what I was getting into and that is why I made the move. The technology is the best in the market. The channel team is excellent. The engineering management is very supportive.
I can't think of any!
Territory manager
partner community and management is amazing
functions like a startup which is good and bad
Anonymous employee
This is the company momentum. Product is good. Not much more to say, hope the managent realize whats going on and correct the events, otherwise you're doomed to robots, not thinking employees.
It is a hell to get an appropiate compensation plan not to say you have to check every time that you got paid accordingly to what you sold.
