Salary Benefits Product is solid
Toxic culture Very inexperienced and insecure mangers Extreme micromanagement No one helps you
Field marketing manager
Great company, products/solutions, and overall direction.
The most chaotic work environment I've experienced, specifically within the marketing org, no human side, no work/life balance - unlimited PTO offered but difficult to take.
Territory manager
The company will provide many resources as part of your team to help you find deals and create pipeline. Match 401k. Technology has positive feedback from SMB and mid-market customers.
Upper management will micro manage to the point of daily updates in Salesforce then ask for updates on the updates and a couple internal calls a week to walk through the updates. Customer feedback can be negative in terms of outreach by many different Veeam personas at the same time.
Anonymous employee

I have not found any.
The organization promotes teamwork and collaboration, and this promotes success within each team.
There is a lot to learn, but with dedicated focus and positive attitude, it can be very rewarding.
Tier ii severity i engineer
Relaxed Atmosphere, amazing compensation, camaraderie, they actively encouraged training and career advancement.
There is a power struggle happening at the top levels, and they are not sure how to handle support.
Great company culture and product
Lower end on salary average compared to rest of industry
- The company has really great people! - It’s a solid product that you can stand behind and they have a good position in the market. - Received multiple accolades and Presidents Club invitations.
- Private Equity Owned - Sales Forecasting Nightmare - 3 different places needed to forecast your deals (2 spreadsheets, and SFDC) - Lack of leadership - Multiple issues reported to upper management across segments as well as issues with direct report leadership without any follow through or action. - Roadmapping of Product is nonexistent - Support has not kept up with the products
Inside team leads in the Atlanta are good people but are puppets of Sr Management. Great Technology for SMB.
Many cons since the new VP of sakes took over, close to 50% turnover in the last year. Quota was based on 80% growth and we will probably achieve about 30% of that this year, comission checks are a joke. It is obvious they are trying to get skinny to sell the company, they are not even having a Christmas party this year. I have been here for over a year and I can honestly say 90% of the people in Atlanta are looking for an new job. If you are desperate for a job then apply as people are leaving weekly. The latest postive comments about this company have to be enginners or kids first jobs. Some one mentioned promotions from within, not true. Good luck if join Veeam,, my advice is stay away.
