You have no choice but you automatically is motivated to give back to Verdant as much or more than they give you

Incentives and bonuses are awarded quarterly and annually. There are a lot of team-building activities as the company emphasis on maintaining harmony among the team.
Too many outdoor activities and social events, which can feel overwhelming for an introvert like me.

I wouldnt say its a downside. But heads up to all the introverts, Verdiants will make sure you crawl out of your shell. Hahah
