You have no choice but you automatically is motivated to give back to Verdant as much or more than they give you
As of now i see none, maybe the fast paced part but it's needed
The founder of the company has built a strong culture, making it a pleasant place to work. The company is also very considerate of its employees. Incentives and bonuses are awarded quarterly and annually. There are a lot of team-building activities as the company emphasis on maintaining harmony among the team.
Too many outdoor activities and social events, which can feel overwhelming for an introvert like me.
