Its no secret that solar companies are struggling for these few months, due to the government not releasing a new policy for the past 3 months. Verdant still tries to support the staff however they can to ensure staff is still being well taken care of

- not really a cons bcs i believe every workplace might have a lot of work or tasks to do but it's still realistic over here. the support is always there for me and they even offer support when they see me struggling. so the workloads doesn't seem so heavy when your team is really supportive and helpful in terms of work and even mentally.

Verdant has a really great culture that I guess anyone would love to work in. Best part is that there is no politic in the company. Everybody is super nice despite of the title in the company.

Just to let you know, the HR department has a KPI tied to Glassdoor ratings, so naturally they work to ensure the ratings appear high — please read reviews with that context in mind. The leadership team unfortunately lacks the ability to provide clear guidance and direction. Instructions are often vague, inconsistent, or changed without proper communication, which creates confusion and inefficiency across teams. Instead of offering constructive support, leaders tend to leave employees guessing about priorities and expectations. This lack of strong leadership not only affects daily operations but also hinders long-term growth. Employees who want to perform well find it challenging without clear alignment from the top. The company has potential, but it requires a leadership team that can provide structured vision, effective communication, and actionable guidance to support both employees and the organization’s future.
