Company's 7 core values is being practiced in everyone's daily working life, so everyone is like family member/ good friend to each other. I've joined this company since August 2020 as an Intern, have had a few transition in Marketing Department & Operation Department, and finally found my passion in assist Customer Experience Journey. Recently I got the opportunity to be promoted as Team Lead of the department, I appreciate how my boss & my team lead grow me and empower me as an individual. They always recognize me and made me feel more confident for who I am, and offering help in improving my weakness.
