Pros

Loving the family culture here, everyone is supporting each other and having fun together. Great benefits provided by the company such as Verdantflex, birthday leave, quarterly alignment bonding trip etc. Flexible and learn what you want. Openness and transparency. There is no talk back, all the conflict will solve and everyone is working happily.

Cons

Fast pace company, increase in capacity and stress. However, it means there is more opportunity for personal growth.

Cons

play hard and work hard

Pros

Open and friendly environment. True definition of "work hard, play hard" can be found here. There is no hierarchy - everyone can be approached directly at any given time and everyone is ready to provide helping hands to you (with exception of few who would rather not having to be bothered). Much noting that remote working is highly practiced and yet, the management values highly the welfare of its employees.

Cons

Some managers and executives might not have the right experience, which can be really frustrating and at certain occasions, you will have to initiate new ideas and go through many trials and errors since there are many empty canvases in the company. Claims might take time to receive due to lack in number of staff members. Depending on department, you will have to get ready to sacrifice your leisure time on the weekends at peak/stormy seasons of operation.
