No support. manger oriented company. they treat employees as slaves. no proper policy. they don't give medical benefits also properly.
Work-Life Balance: Wipro offers flexibility in working hours, which helps maintain a decent work-life balance. Opportunities for Learning: The company encourages employees to upskill through various online courses and internal programs. I’ve had the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies like AWS, Docker, and microservices, which has significantly improved my skill set. Diverse Client Projects: Wipro provides opportunities to work on diverse projects for global clients, giving great exposure to different industries and technologies. Collaborative Environment: Teams are generally collaborative, and senior management is approachable when you need guidance or mentorship. Global Exposure: As a multinational company, Wipro offers the chance to work with international teams, which has broadened my global business perspective.
Salary: While the experience has been great, compensation could be more competitive, especially when compared to other players in the industry. Process-Oriented: At times, the processes can feel bureaucratic, which slows down decision-making and innovation. Workload: Depending on the project, the workload can become overwhelming, especially during tight deadlines or client escalations.

I would list if there were any
I will leave the behaviour towards members of the team because it was extremely strange, and rude. Internal teams have a strange hierarchy, where the seniority brings more ego and the reason to communicate with disrespect towards junior employees. A culture of 'chaaploosi' & 'chaatna', which I strongly don't support. It is the fastest way to climb up the ranks there .
