Lots of cons 1. No increment. They do partial increment to 5-10% employees and declared as we did increment. Same thing happening every year. April month increment happens in Dec month and no arrier provide to those who got increment. 2. 45 days of bench policy. If you don't get project in that duration then you will get fired 3. Very less support from HR to search new project if you are on bench.

Work life balance is based on project.

- managers change very often and every time there is a reset in direction

Slow Growth , in terms of salary

Leadership was abusive and HR holds no accountability for their action.

Everything apart from job security they do not pay you fairly they make you work 9.5 hours a day even forcing you to login on every weekends and holidays saying it is a business requirement setting unrealistic target and telling you to achieve 90% of that target or else threaten you to put you in action plan or PIP and raise a Security incident report for not following as the management says. The management are always biased towards some boot lockers. In short everything about the company is bad avoid joining Wipro as much as possible.

planning is not good by leadership

Terrible pay, internal politics, extended work hours, no new hiring in internal teams, terrible appraisals, lot of guilt with leaves.

Base pay is minimal for the amount of work required

Nothing as such . Cons depend person to person Base health insurance is very low should be increased. Hike is low but same as other major service based company

Customer / Client centric organization not employee centric. No work life balance. Extended working hours without extra pay. No regard to personal time. Limited Autonomy in Projects. Frequent Changes in Policies. Compensation Structure. Stagnant growth.

Administration is too rough, even if you do things right.

None that I can really think of except the insurance can be better.
