Growth and appraisal is good but not par as compare to MNC
Our team including manager is very friendly and supportive, I was new to this corporate culture they welcomed me very well.
They have introduced a resource rotaion that is quite annoying as every 2 year we need to get in to different project and new customer that may help us to grow but some time it will be annoying and pay structure is also not very good
