Increments are very less here.

less salary hike no others.

The payscale is pretty low for the freshers.

They don't pay for your housing! :(

Old mindset of working, lack of space to grow

Projects, career upskill, old tech

Salary offered is at the lower end of the scale, promotions and appraisals are the worst, providing learning on new techs and then implementing them in real life is not a thing you should expect from this company.
