Team Hierarchy is very bad where big bosses don't want to help

Processes are not clear after acquisition of Ampion

No pay raise. No bonuses.

No cons as such, but management can be better

If you have good client in service sector company then only you will have stable job otherwise bench, client interview again and again will be the part of your life.

after 45days on bench you will be in Loss of pay and they won't even try to give projects. For freshers they train some skills and internal interviews will be taken on other skills. Always ask clearly about the project and skills you will be working on before joining the Wipro. And also, very bad way of management for salary hikes and promotion. most my friends and seniors doesn't received hikes or promotions even after 3-4 years.

Getting good hike is difficult.
