Project manager
Good opportunity to work in different technologies, domains with ample learning opportunities. Onsite opportunity depends on your luck and requirement. You should be in good books with your Managers.
A ton of cons... Lowest salary, no hike, no progression, lot of discrimination with regards to age, Seniority, region and language. Company boasts of integrity, empathy and other fancy words which are limited to building brand value but not in reality. The company works on use and throw policy with no regards to employees. Most of the senior employees live with fear of losing jobs. The company moulds the employee in such a way that you will have outdated skills and will never be selected anywhere. Do not stay in Wipro for more than 3 or 4 years, else you will become redundant in IT industry.
