The company is so large and so heavily focused on cutting costs, that they either lose employees or lose employee engagement. There is less of an emphasis on high quality deliverables and more on meeting projects on time and under budget. As a result, many of the employees - afraid to speak up - will do whatever they have to in order to meet “on time and under budget.” There seems to be a general lack of caring or pride in their work — because HOW they do their work is basically disregarded. They have no discipline around quality or performance reviews. Most employees doing excellent work will be rated a 3 on a 1-5 scale. But - they also believe in promoting people who have simply been in a job for a few years. In the Indian workplace, promotions along a career continuum are vital to the Indian culture when seeking work. That’s good for Indians — not so great for Americans. At Wipro HR has a very heavy role in decision making and tends to perpetuate the desires of established and connected inside leaders — which creates insular thinking and avoidance of change.

1. Root cause of mental health problems if you never had one..working here will get you 2. Deal with liars everyday. Most of them in management. 3. Make big promises and make you revoke resignation and don't act on them 4. Insensitivity from management. 5. Their tendency is to offload all negative pressure from client on the most agreeable sincere employee.

COE culture is not good. Payscale is very low

Office politics. Cab facilities. Not growth.

All the policies are tailored and customized as per the manager and delivery manager's will and wish. If they want an employee in the team/project then they can modify or suppress any company policy. But if the employee wants any benefit then everyone right from your immediate manager to delivery manager to HR manager will say that as per "Company Policy" we cannot help you in anyway. 1. Work from office policy was started in 2023 November in hybrid mode (3 days from office and 2 days from Home). But there is no one monitoring who is coming to office and who is working from home. There is no action taken on people who never visited office in last 1 year after the policy is put into use, and then those employees who went to office every week became the fools just because they followed the policy but there is no difference between them and those who never cared about the policy. 2. NO proper rewards and recognition for the additional hours you spend almost everyday and even on weekends and public holidays. No benefit for working late nights till 12:00 AM or even 3:00 AM. The managers just ignore your additional efforts and simply move on the very next day.

Salary increment is very less .
